We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).
The below Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.
1 – Access & Account
You must be of legal age under UAE law to use our Services. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for all activities under your account.
2 – Our Products
We make every effort to present our products accurately, but please note that colours and appearance may differ due to device settings. As our products are handmade, slight variations in size, decoration, and finish are normal.
3 – Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Orders are confirmed only after payment is received and processed. Once an order is confirmed, cancellation requests may not be possible due to the perishable nature of our products.
4 – Prices & Billing
Prices are in AED and may change without notice. Prices do not include delivery charges unless stated otherwise. You must provide accurate and up-to-date payment details when placing your order.
5 – Shipping & Delivery
We deliver within Dubai and selected UAE locations. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once we hand over the order to the delivery partner, the risk of loss passes to you.
6 – Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once delivered or collected.
Exceptions apply only if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective — in such cases, you must notify us at admin@sato.ae within the same day of delivery with photos of the issue.
7 – Intellectual Property
All trademarks, names, images, and content on our Services are the property of SATO Atelier Restaurant LLC or its licensors. You may not use them without prior written permission.
8 – Third-Party Links & Tools
We may provide links or access to third-party tools or websites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or services.
9 – Relationship with Shopify
Our online store is powered by Shopify, but all transactions are between you and SATO Atelier Restaurant LLC. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases.
10 – Feedback
If you share feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use it for any purpose without compensation.
11 – Governing Law
These Terms and any related disputes will be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction in the courts of Dubai.
