Refund policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on cakes, tarts, or other food items once they have been delivered or collected.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us at admin@sato.ae on the same day of delivery and provide photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it.
Damages & Issues
We take great care in preparing and delivering our products. If there is an issue with your order, we will either:

Issue a refund to your original payment method.

Orders to the European Union
EU consumer law allows exceptions for perishable goods. This means the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to our food products.
